自拟祛风散寒除湿方配合电针治疗寒湿阻络型颈椎病患者的随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟祛风散寒除湿方配合电针治疗寒湿阻络型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2022年4月宜春市中医院82例寒湿阻络型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。对照组行电针治疗,研究组行自拟祛风散寒除湿方配合电针治疗,比较两组治疗前后颈部疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈部压痛VAS评分、上肢放射痛VAS评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分、寒湿阻络证症状评分和临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组颈部疼痛、颈部压痛及上肢放射痛VAS评分及NDI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组头痛、肢体麻木、胸闷、纳呆评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为92.7%,高于对照组的75.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟祛风散寒除湿方配合电针治疗寒湿阻络型颈椎病疗效确切,可缓解患者疼痛程度,改善颈椎功能障碍,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Sanhan Deshui prescription combined with electroacupuncture in the treat-ment of cold-dampness-blocking cervical spondylosis.Methods 82 patients with cold-dampness-blocking cervical spondylosis in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the study group was treated with self-made Qufeng Sanhan Chushi prescription combined with electroacupuncture,the visual analogue scale(VAS),neck tenderness VAS,upper limb radiative pain VAS,cervical dysfunction index scale(NDI),symptom score of cold dampness blocking col-lars syndrome before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS scores and NDI scores of neck pain,neck tenderness and upper limb radiative pain of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of headache,limb numbness,chest tightness and nerdiness of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 92.7%,which was higher than 75.6%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Qufeng Sanhan Chushi prescription combined with electroacupunc-ture is effective in the treatment of cold-dampness-blocking cervical spondylosis,which can relieve the pain degree of patients and improve cervical spine dysfunction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
