摘  要:目的探讨医院获得性肺炎的病原菌分布特征及其耐药性。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月80例于漳州市中医院住院并继发医院获得性肺炎患者作为研究对象,均进行无菌采集痰液及下呼吸道分泌物经常规细菌培养鉴定,分析病原菌分布特征,并采取纸片扩散法(K-B法)药物敏感试验测定耐药性,分析病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。结果铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林耐药率最高,为88.24%,对环丙沙星耐药率最低,为11.76%。肺炎克雷伯菌对氨苄西林和氨苄西林/舒巴坦耐药率最高,为92.86%,对环丙沙星耐药率最低,为7.14%。金黄色葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺耐药率最高,为100.00%;对万古霉素没有耐药,耐药率为0.00%。结论临床在开展抗感染治疗时,应根据病原学检查结果,选择恰当的药物进行治疗,降低病死率,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the pathogen distribution characteristics and drug resistance in hospital-acquired pneumonia.Methods 80 patients hospitalized with secondary hospital-acquired pneumonia admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine From January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Sterile sputum and lower respiratory tract secretions were collected and identified by rou-tine bacterial culture,the distribution characteristics of pathogens were analyzed,and drug resistance was determined by disk diffusion method(K-B method)drug sensitivity test.The resistance of pathogenic bacteria to common antibiotics was analyzed.Results The resistance rate of P aeruginosa to ampicillin was the highest,at 88.24%,and the resistance rate to ciprofloxacin was the lowest 11.76%.The resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae to ampicillin and ampicillin/sulbactam was the highest 92.86%,and the resistance rate of ciprofloxacin was the lowest 7.14%.Staphylococcus aureus had the highest resistance rate to linezolid 100.00%,and no resistance to vancomycin 0.00%.Conclusion Appropriate drugs should be selected ac-cording to the results of etiological examination to reduce mortality and shorten hospital stay during anti-infection treatment.
