摘　　要：目的探讨一体化子母式护理垫枕在经桡冠状动脉血管造影术术后患者中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2020年8月至2022年7月在该院行经桡冠状动脉血管造影术的术后患者120例作为研究对象,分为对照组及研究组,各60例。对照组采用普通的上肢垫进行抬高上肢护理,研究组采用高度可调节、下床活动可悬挂、防滑、冷敷止血等多项功能的一体化子母式护理垫枕进行护理,比较两组患者术后术肢指围肿胀程度、穿刺部位皮下出血情况及术后舒适度。结果研究组术肢指围肿胀程度、皮下出血情况较对照组轻,术后舒适度优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论一体化子母式上肢垫枕可促进经桡冠状动脉血管造影术术后患者术肢血液循环,减轻术肢水肿程度,且较好的预防术后皮下出血,增加患者的舒适度。Objective To investigate the application effect of integrated nursing cushion in patients undergoingtransradial coronary artery angiography.MethodsA total of 120 patients who underwent transradial coronary artery angiography in our hospital from August 2020 to July 2022 were randomly selected as subjects and were divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 patients in each group.For the patients in the control group,the upper limb was elevated using the common cushion,and for those in the experimental group,the integrated nursing cushion with adjustable heights and multiple functions of suspension,slip-resistance,cold compression,and hemostasis were used for nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of limb swelling,subcutaneous bleeding at the site of puncture,and postoperative comfort.ResultsCompared with the control group,the experimental group had significantly lower degrees of limb swelling and subcutaneous bleeding and a significantly better degree of postoperative comfort(P<0.05).Conclusion Forpatients undergoingtransradial coronary artery angiography,the integrated nursing cushion can promote blood circulation,alleviate edema,and prevent subcutaneous bleeding in the limb for surgery and increase the degree of comfort.
