摘  要:通过开发适用于氯甲烷催化剂净化回用的增强聚丙烯式压滤机,对催化剂进行压滤回收,使催化剂净化后满足氯甲烷合成工艺要求。同时,通过催化剂活性再生和掺混实验,确定最优的再生后的催化剂所占质量比例为80%。The enhanced polypropylene filter press which was suitable for the purification and reuse of chloromethane catalyst was developed,and the catalyst was recovered by press filtration,so that the catalyst could meet the requirements of chloromethane synthesis process after purification.At the same time,through the catalyst activity regeneration and mixing experiment,the optimal catalyst mixing ratio of regenerated catalyst was determined to be 80%[mass ratio].
