摘　　要：高校毕业生就业事关国家大计和民生福祉。针对当前高校毕业生就业面临的传统用工模式变革、人才供给侧承压、市场有效需求相对不足等问题,本文秉持系统思维和问题导向,从就业政策体系、就业指导体系、就业服务体系和就业保障体系四个方面入手,就健全完善就业工作体系,推动高校毕业生高质量充分就业方面提出意见建议。The employment of college graduates is related to the national plan and people's livelihood.In view of the problems faced by the current employment of college graduates,such as the transformation of traditional employment mode,the pressure on the supply side of talents,and the relative shortage of effective market demand,this paper holds systematic thinking and problem-oriented,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on improving the employment work system and promoting the high-quality and full employment of college graduates from four aspects:employment policy system,employment guidance system,employment service system and employment security system.
