摘　　要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种代谢性骨病,以骨量下降、骨微结构损坏为主要临床特征,发病率呈现逐渐上升的趋势。中医学将OP纳入“骨痿”“骨枯”“骨极”等疾病范畴,中医药被用于治疗OP由来已久,具有简、便、廉、验等优势。随着中西医结合医学学科的深入融合发展,基础研究发现多种温补肾阳类单味中药及其有效成分可能通过调控Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)、骨形态生成蛋白(BMP)/Smads、磷脂酰肌醇-3磷酸激酶/AKT/雷帕霉素靶蛋白信号通路(PI3K/Akt/mTOR)等骨代谢相关信号通路以达到防治OP的目的,这有可能从分子机制上肯定了中医药治疗OP的科学性。该文综述杜仲、骨碎补等常见代表性温补肾阳类中药及其有效成分防治OP的可能分子机制,以期为中医药临床治疗OP的进一步研究应用提供参考。Osteoporosis(OP)is a metabolic bone disease characterised by decreased bone mass and damage to bone microstructure,the incidence of which has shown a gradual increase.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),OP is included in the category of diseases such as"bone weakness""bone dryness"and"bone pole".TCM has been used to treat OP for a long time and has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,inexpensiveness,and effectiveness.With the development of in-depth integration of Chinese and Western medicine disci-plines,basic research has found that a variety of single herbs and their active ingredients of warming kidney yang class may regulate bone metabolism-related signaling pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin,BMP/Smads,PI3K/Akt/mTOR to prevent and treat OP,which may affirm the scientific validity of Chinese medicine treatment of OP from the molecular mechanism.This paper reviews the possible molecular mechanisms of the common representative warming kidney-yang herbs such as Eucommia and Bonesetter and their active ingredients for the prevention and treatment of OP,to provide a reference for further research and application of TCM in the clinical treatment of OP.
