端齿盘在三自惯组精密机械锁定中的应用研究

摘  要:本文以“三自”(自标定、自对准、自检测)惯组的研制为背景,论述了端齿盘啮合锁紧定位装置的原理,研制过程中端齿盘啮合锁紧定位装置的设计、应用及试验情况,得出结论三自惯组采用端齿盘啮合锁紧定位装置可实现可靠精密机械锁定,锁定重复性可达2″。The principle of meshing locked positioning device achieved by end-toothed disc was described,and corresponding experiment results during the research process of Triple-self IMU(inertial measurement unit),which means the IMU has capability of self-calibration,self-alignment and self-testing.The conclusion showed the triple-self IMU was able to achieve reliable accurate mechanical locking by using end-toothed disc in meshing locked positioning device.The locking repeatability could be up to 2".
