摘　　要：政党文化是政党的灵魂,其演进发展事关政党的存续发展。作为无产阶级政党文化重要的理论源头与早期建设者,列宁政党文化思想较为系统完整。作为当今时代潮头与国际共产主义运动的最高峰,习近平关于政党文化方面的思想是无产阶级政党成员的理论宝典与根本依循。二者有着千丝万缕的联系。习近平对列宁政党政治文化思想、政党思想文化理念都进行了因应时代要求的坚持开拓、总结提高。在立场、纲领章程、政治纪律规矩、指导思想、宗旨思想与阶段性目标思想等方面与列宁相比都取得了相应进展。Political party culture is the soul of the political party,and its evolution and development are related to the sustainable development of a political party.As an important theoretical source and early builder of proletarian party culture,Lenin’s political party cultural thought is relatively systematic and complete.As the forefront of the current era and the peak of the international communist movement,Xi Jinping’s ideology of political party culture is a theoretical treasure and fundamental basis for members of proletarian political parties.The two are inextricably linked.Xi Jinping persists in exploring,summarizing,and improving the political cultural ideas of Lenin’s political party and the party’s ideological and cultural concepts in response to the requirements of the times.Compared with Lenin,progress has been made in the aspects of standpoint,program and constitution,political discipline and rules,guiding ideology,purpose ideology and phased target ideology.
