摘　　要：21世纪的今天,科技创新的重要性在现代社会变得越来越显著,科技创新有助于改善传媒、教育、通讯、交通等科技环境,推动社会全面发展。基于传媒环境创新驱动发展的形势,中文核心期刊评价工作因科技创新发展需要应运而生;中文核心期刊评价不仅是文献计量学研究的实际应用和组成部分,同亦是人文社会科学研究内容之一,更是媒介科技创新发展的必要环节;可促进学术交流和国际合作,推动科研水平提升,防范学术不端行为;对于学术研究和科研社群的发展、优化期刊使用、合理分配学术资源、提升期刊传媒竞争力、促进中文期刊国际化、激励科研人员学术研究积极性等有着不可估量的影响。In the 21st century,the importance of scientific and technological innovation has become increasingly significant in modern society,and scientific and technological innovation can help improve the scientific and technological environment of media,education,communication,and transportation and promote the overall development of society.Based on the situation of innovation-driven development of the media environment,the evaluation of Chinese core journals has emerged due to the need for scientific and technological innovation development;the evaluation of Chinese core journals is not only a practical application and part of bibliometrics research,but one of the contents of humanities and social sciences research,and it is also a necessary part of the development of media science and technology innovation;it can promote academic exchanges and international cooperation,promote the enhancement of the level of scientific research,and prevent academic misconduct.It can promote academic exchanges and international cooperation,enhance scientific research,and prevent academic misconduct.It also has an immeasurable impact on the development of academic research and scientific research communities,optimizes the use of journals,rationally allocates academic resources,enhances the competitiveness of journal media,promotes the internationalization of Chinese journals,and motivates researchers’enthusiasm for academic research.
