国外先进产业体系构建经验与我国创新发展的探索路径

摘　　要：随着现代化产业经济的发展,创新发展现代化产业体系已成为各国经济发展战略的重要内容。推动经济发展、打造经济发展新引擎、促进产业结构升级、培育增长新动力,是我国在创新发展方面的自我体系建设的重要路径。通过对国外现代化产业体系的发展历程和特点,发现国外现代化产业体系建设普遍把技术创新放在第一位,高度注重人才培养和创新环境建设;同时加强产学研深度合作,促进科技成果转化和应用,而且积极拓展国际市场,支持企业走出去开拓全球市场。目前我国现有产业体系不足,产业结构单一、技术创新不足和人才短缺问题严重,为此,进一步分析国内现代化产业体系的研究现状、发展特征及目前现代化产业体系发展路径,结合中国经济社会发展的具体实践,提出我国创新发展的路径,包括加强技术创新和人才培养、推动产业多元化发展、优化产业结构和提升国际竞争力,建设现代化产业体系高质量创新发展的对策建议。With the development of modern industrial economy,the innovative development of modern industrial system has become an important part of the economic development strategy of various countries.Promoting economic development,creating a new engine for economic development,promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,and cultivating new driving forces for growth are important paths for China’s self-system construction in innovation and development.Through the development process and characteristics of foreign modern industrial systems,it is found that the construction of foreign modern industrial systems generally puts technological innovation in the first place,and attaches great importance to talent training and innovation environment construction.At the same time,we will strengthen the in-depth cooperation between industry,university and research,promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,and actively expand the international market and support enterprises to go out and explore the global market.Therefore,this paper further analyzes the research status and development characteristics of the domestic modern industrial system,and the development path of the current modern industrial system,and puts forward the path of China’s innovation and development in combination with the specific practice of China’s economic and social development,including strengthening technological innovation and talent training,promoting industrial diversification,optimizing the industrial structure and enhancing international competitiveness.Countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality innovation and development of building a modern industrial system.
