摘 要:目的探索儿童家长疫苗素养水平及其影响因素。方法采用横断面研究方法,在河南省某区选择0-3岁儿童家长开展疫苗素养水平问卷调查,分析家长疫苗素养(得分≥满分的80%)比例及其影响因素。结果研究对象总体疫苗素养比例为37.57%(328/873);其中一级维度中基本知识、基本信念、行为能力的疫苗素养比例分别为34.25%、49.94%、45.82%,二级维度中科学知识、实践知识、主观认知、价值认同、信息获取和应用能力、免疫服务应用能力的疫苗素养比例分别为20.39%、83.05%、36.66%、62.31%、39.29%、82.47%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,农村地区、家庭年收入中等的儿童家长的疫苗素养比例高[OR(95%CI):1.90(1.36-2.64)、1.62(1.17-2.25)]。结论试点地区0-3岁儿童家长总体疫苗素养水平偏低;需重点加强疫苗相关科学知识、主观认知、信息获取和应用能力等方面的健康教育。Objective To explore the level of vaccine literacy and its influencing factors among parents of children 0-3 years of age.Methods We used a cross-sectional design to recruit parents of 0-3-year-old children from a district of Henan province for a questionnaire-based vaccine literacy survey.We analyzed the level of vaccine literacy(proportion with>80%of core questions answered correctly)and factors influencing literacy.Results The overall level of vaccine literacy among subjects was 37.57%(328/873).Levels of vaccine literacy for basic knowledge,basic beliefs,and behavior in the primary dimension were 34.25%,49.94%,and 45.82%,respectively;for scientific knowledge,practical knowledge,subjective cognition,value recognition,information acquisition and application ability,and vaccination service application ability in the secondary dimension,literacy levels were 20.39%,83.05%,36.66%,62.31%,39.29%,and 82.47%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that vaccine literacy was highest among subjects who lived in rural areas and who had medium annual family incomes[OR(95%CI):1.90(1.36-2.64)and 1.62(1.17-2.25)].Conclusions Vaccine literacy was low among parents of children 0-3 years of age in the pilot district.We should focus on health education about vaccine-related scientific knowledge,subjective cognition,and ability to acquire and apply information.
