摘 要:目的分析中国多糖结合疫苗使用现状。方法从中国药品检定部门网站、国家免疫规划信息管理系统和中国统计年鉴收集2007-2020年多糖结合疫苗批签发量、2014-2020年报告接种剂次数和出生人口,分析疫苗批签发量,估算出生儿童多糖结合疫苗人均接种剂次。结果2007-2020年中国多糖结合疫苗共批签发46120.4万剂,年均上升5.53%;其中TT、CRM_(197)、OMP载体蛋白的疫苗分别占92.63%、6.69%、0.68%。2014-2020年出生儿童人均接种多糖结合疫苗1.46剂,从2014年的1.17剂上升至2020年的2.51剂;东部、中部、西部地区人均接种剂次分别为1.84剂、1.62剂、1.13剂。结论2007-2020年中国多糖结合疫苗使用量逐年增加,东部地区疫苗覆盖水平相对较高。需完善多糖结合疫苗免疫策略以指导其合理使用。Objective To analyze the use of polysaccharide conjugate vaccines in China.Methods We obtained data on batches of polysaccharide conjugate vaccines released during 2007-2020 from the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control website,vaccine doses administered during 2014-2020 from the National Immunization Program Information Management System,and birth cohort population sizes during 2014-2020 from the China Statistical Yearbook.We analyzed numbers of released doses and estimated average number of doses administered per birth.Results A total of 461.204 million doses of polysaccharide conjugate vaccines were released from 2007 to 2020 in China,with an average annual increase of 5.53%.Vaccines conjugated with TT,CRM_(197),and OMP carrier proteins accounted for 92.63%,6.69%,and 0.68%,respectively,of the released doses.An average of 1.46 doses per birth was administered during 2014-2020,increasing from 1.17 doses per birth in 2014 to 2.51 doses per birth in 2020,and with 1.84,1.62,and 1.13 doses per birth administered in eastern,central,and western regions.Conclusions The use of polysaccharide conjugate vaccines increased from 2007 to 2020 in China,particularly in the eastern region.More attention should be paid to improving polysaccharide conjugate vaccination strategies for rational use.
