摘  要:2022年,国内某经交流电缆送出的海上风电场发生了高频谐振引起风机脱网事件,谐振频率超过现有标准规定的评估范围。针对海上风电场经长距离交流海缆并网产生的高频谐振现象,提出一种高效实用化的阻抗分析方法,并针对此次事件开展详细的频域仿真分析。采用硬件在环仿真与离线仿真相结合的手段开展风电机组阻抗特性建模,对风电机组变流器进行硬件在环阻抗测试,并在离线仿真平台中实现阻抗数据拟合。考虑了海底电缆的结构尺寸,在离线仿真平台中采用依频模型对其进行详细建模,模型精度满足海上风电场的谐振分析需求。搭建海上风电场场站模型,通过与现场多种工况的高频谐振复现测试结果进行对比,验证了所用分析方法的有效性,并开展阻抗特性整改措施仿真研究,为工程实践提供重要参考和指导。In 2022,a high-frequency resonance occurred at an offshore wind farm in China,transmitted by AC submarine cable,causing the wind turbine to be disconnected from the grid.The resonance frequency exceeded the evaluation range specified by existing standards.This paper proposes an efficient and practical impedance analysis method based on the high-frequency resonance phenomenon of offshore wind farms transmitted by long-distance AC submarine cable.It conducts a detailed frequency domain simulation analysis for this event.The impedance characteristic modeling of wind turbines is conducted by combining hardware-in-the-loop and off-line simulations.A hardware-in-the-loop simulation impedance test is carried out for wind turbine converters,and the impedance data fitting is realized in an offline simulation platform.Considering the structure size of the submarine cable,the frequency-dependent model is used in an off-line simulation platform to model it in detail,and the model's accuracy meets the resonance analysis requirements of offshore wind farms.Building an offshore wind farm model and comparing it with the test results of high-frequency resonance recurrence under various operating conditions on-site,the effectiveness of the evaluation method in this paper has been verified.Simulation research on impedance characteristic rectification measures was carried out, providing essential reference and guidance for engineering practice.
