摘  要:金属材料增材制造具有工艺流程短、柔性可设计等优点,可满足复杂结构件单件小批量个性化需求,在众多金属增材制造工艺方法中,金属熔融直写成形具有成本低、效率高等优势。射流稳定性是影响金属熔融直写成形质量和精度的关键因素。针对直写成形射流特点,分类建立了液滴流、曲张流、平滑流、波动流4种典型射流状态模型,模拟并分析了射流的演化过程,获得了修正后的金属射流连续段长度公式,以及射流沉积稳定性调控的关键因素;基于金属射流单道沉积工艺试验,获得了不同射流状态沉积后轨迹均匀性的基板速度调控范围。射流状态模型建立和沉积轨迹均匀性调控范围的获取,为金属熔融直写工艺形性调控提供理论依据。Metal material additive manufacturing has the advantages of a short process and flexible design,which can meet the individual needs of complex structural parts in small batches.Compared with other metal additive manufacturing processes,molten-metal-direct writing(MMDW)has the advantages of low equipment cost and high efficiency.The stability of jet is the key influence factor of MMDW forming quality and accuracy.Four state models of jet flow:droplet flow,curved flow,smooth flow,and fluctuating flow,have been established.The numerical simulation method is used to study the morphological evolution process in the jet process.A revised equation of jet continuous length is obtained.The causes and development laws of jets in different states are revealed.The single track writing process experiments are carried out,and the ranges of substrate velocity under different jet states for uniform track writing are obtained.A reference basis for precise control of shape and performance of MMDW process has been provided.
