摘　　要：技术哲学家彼得·保罗·维贝克在《将技术道德化:理解与设计物的道德》一书中提出了“技术调节”的哲学分析路径,并区分了聚焦于知觉的经验调节和聚焦于实践的实践调节两种视角。在经验层面,ChatGPT是一种大模型基础上概率性的语言实践,其提供的信息起到了中介化现实的作用,给人类带来思维变革与认知重塑。在实践层面,ChatGPT带来了人机共生的具身实践和权力格局的重新分配。ChatGPT的未来发展方向应当是组合进化以通向通用人工智能,面对ChatGPT带来的负面影响,人工智能治理工具亟待被应用。Technological philosopher Peter-Paul Verbeek in Moralizing Technology:Understanding and Designing the Morality of Things introduces the philosophical path of technological mediation and distinguishes between perception-focused experiential mediation and practice-focused practical mediation.At the experiential level,ChatGPT represents a probabilistic linguistic practice based on large language models,mediating reality and bringing about changes in human thinking and cognitive remodeling.At the practical level,it introduces embodied practices of human-machine symbiosis and a reconfiguration of power structures.The future development direction of ChatGPT should be the combination evolution to lead to general artificial intelligence and facing with the negative impact of ChatGPT,artificial intelligence governance tools need to be applied urgently.
