核心稳定性训练结合家庭姿势管理在痉挛型脑瘫儿童康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究核心稳定性训练结合家庭姿势管理在痉挛型脑瘫儿童康复中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的124例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各62例。对照组施以核心稳定性训练,观察组在对照组基础上施以家庭姿势管理干预。5个月后,比较两组日常生活能力水平、粗大运动功能水平。结果观察组痉挛型脑瘫儿童日常生活能力水平和粗大运动功能水平均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论核心稳定性训练结合家庭姿势管理是一种有效的方法,可以改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的日常活动能力,并提高他们在日常生活环境中进行粗大运动的能力。Objective To investigate the application effect of core stability training combined with family posture management in the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 124 patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 62 patients in each group.The control group received core stability training,while the observation group received family posture management intervention on the basis of the control group.After 5 months,the level of daily living ability and gross motor function of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of activities of daily living and gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Core stability training combined with family posture management is an effective method that can improve the daily activities of children with spastic cerebral palsy and improve their ability to perform gross motor activities in daily life settings.
