摘　　要：介绍了篦冷机托辊装置的结构特点、工作原理及制造装配的相关技术要求,分析了传统装配工艺存在的问题并提出了改进方案,详细阐述了托辊装置流水线装配工艺和液压辅助工装夹具的设计原理和生产流程,实现了篦冷机托辊装置装配工作的标准化和流水线式作业,装配质量和效率大幅提升,产品竞争力显著增强,具有较高的推广价值。This article introduces the structural characteristics,working principles and relevant technical requirements for manufacturing and assembly for roller support devices of the grate cooler.It analyzes problems existing in traditional assembly processes and also proposes improvement schemes.It elaborates the assembly process for the roller support device assembly line and explains the design principle and production process of hydraulic auxiliary fixtures.The result of this research realizes the standardized assembly line for roller support devices of the grate cooler with streaming working style,which greatly improves assembly quality and efficiency,significantly enhances product competitiveness,and has high promotion value.
