摘  要:水泥窑余热发电系统汽水管道的设计关键在于管道的合理布置与应力分析。对汽水管道设计所使用的AutoPSA软件中Glif算法下的六种典型工况进行了分析,解读了Glif算法报告中管道设计参数、管口作用力、冷/热位移计算及弹簧选择、支吊架荷载计算、最大应力计算等五部分的代码意义和调整技巧。结合工程实例,提出了汽水管道设计的合格标准,应力不应超过许用应力的70%~80%;支吊架不能有脱空,管道位移≯150mm;不可出现串联弹簧与恒力弹簧;管口作用力不超过设备许用值。The key to the design of steam&water pipe in cement kiln waste heat power generation system lies in reasonable pipe layout and stress analysis.This paper analyzes the key points in six typical calculation conditions of Glif algorithm in AutoPSA software which used in steam&water pipe design,explains the code meaning and adjustment techneques of the five parts:pipe design parameters,nozzle force,cold/hot displacement calculation&spring selection,support and hanger load calculation,maximum stress calculation.Combined with the engineering examples,the criterion of acceptability for the steam&water pipe design is put forward:the stress should not exceed 70%~80%of the allowable stress;support and hanger cannot be empty,pipe displacement should not exceed 150mm;no spring in series and no constant force spring;the nozzle force does not exceed the allowable value of the equipment.
