摘　　要：农村合作经济促进农民共同富裕的实践,是马克思主义合作经济思想的继承与发展,是中国共产党合作经济发展历史经验的深刻总结,也是实现社会主义共同富裕的迫切需求。基于浙江农村合作经济发展实践,从市场机制、要素分配与新分配关系三方面构建分析框架,提出农村合作经济发展要遵循市场化规则,重点处理好合作经济主体合作所形成的新分配关系问题;从初次、再次、三次分配角度分析浙江农村合作经济实践,提出农村合作经济可以有效改善农民的收入分配,并认为实现农民共同富裕的关键在于初次分配,重点是建成以农民普遍拥有财产性收入与工资性收入为核心内容的初次分配体系;最后,从长期角度提出农村合作经济促进农民共同富裕应当规范合作经济分配关系,加快推进三项涉农改革,健全完善利益共享的合作机制,创新合作经济发展方式与深化“三位一体”农合联改革。The practice of rural cooperative economy promoting the common prosperity of farmers is not only the inheritance and development of Marxist cooperative economic thought but also a profound summary of the historical experience of the development of cooperative economy by the Communist Party of China,and the urgent requirement to achieve socialist common prosperity.Based on the development practice of rural cooperative economy in Zhejiang,this paper constructs an analytical framework from three aspects:market mechanism,factor distribution,and new distribution relationship.It proposes that the development of rural cooperative economy should follow market rules and focus on handling the new distribution relationship formed by cooperative economic entities.From the perspectives of initial,secondary,and tertiary distribution,the paper analyzes the practice of rural cooperative economy in Zhejiang and suggests that it can effectively improve farmers'income distribution.It believes that the key to achieving the common prosperity of farmers lies in the initial distribution,with a focus on establishing an initial distribution system with the core content of farmers universally owning property income and wage income.Finally,from a long-term perspective,the paper proposes that the promotion of the common prosperity of farmers by rural cooperative economy should regulate the distribution relationship,accelerate the promotion of three agricultural reforms,improve the cooperative mechanism for sharing interests,innovate the development mode of cooperative economy,and deepen the reform of the"trinity"of agricultural cooperatives.
