基于“双创”背景的法律诊所课程创新——以包头师范学院法律诊所课程为例

摘  要:“互联网+”创新创业大赛的新发展趋势与法学教育改革目标契合,法律诊所课程普及后需不断实践创新。以包头师范学院为例,将法律诊所课程与为双创大赛构建的项目进行嵌入式融合,“法象”移动法律初诊平台将咨询和受理的案件进行按需导流,分别导入平台志愿者、法律诊所课程和协作律师事务所的服务情景,实现相互交融互助,学生直接参与真实法律事务或法律纠纷的处理过程,有效突破诊所课程的瓶颈并助力培养学生创新创业能力。The new development trend of the“Internet+”Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is consistent with the goal of legal education reform.After the popularization of legal clinic courses,continuous practice and innovation are needed.Taking Baotou Teachers College as an example,the legal clinic course and the project built for the innovation and entrepreneurship competition are embedded and integrated.The“legal image”mobile legal preliminary diagnosis platform will conduct on-demand diversion of the consulting and accepted cases,and introduce them into the service scenarios of the platform volunteers,legal clinic courses and cooperative law firms,and integrate and help each other,so that students can directly participate in the process of dealing with real legal affairs or legal disputes,effectively break through the bottleneck of clinical courses and help cultivate students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
