摘  要:绿色发展理念与“双碳”目标加快了轨道交通产业的生态转型和创新布局。铁路作为长大带状工程,其路网规模不断扩大,因此将沿线土地综合开发与绿色低碳经济相结合,以减少常规能源的消耗,对我国整体节能减排目标的实现具有重要意义。本文以兰张三四线武威至张掖段高速铁路为例,介绍了铁路开发与新能源融合发展的场景和方式,总结了该项目的实际新能源开发效益。基于资源开发效益,提出了土地与能源融合开发的建议。研究成果对土地资源价值相对较小的西部地区具有重要的借鉴意义。The concept of green development and the“dual carbon”goals have accelerated the ecological transformation and innovative layout of rail transit industry.A railway is usually a long and large belt project.As the railway network is continuously expanding,combining the comprehensive development of lands along railways with green and low-carbon economy and reducing the consumption of conventional energy play an important role in China’s overall goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.Taking Wuwei-Zhangye Section of Lanzhou-Zhangye No.3&No.4 Line Highspeed Railway as an example,this paper introduced the scenarios and methods of integrated development of railway and new energy,and summarized the benefits of new energy development in this project.It raised suggestions for integrated development of land and energy based on the benefits of resource development.The findings have important reference significance for the western China with relatively less value of land resource.
