摘 要:MMC(模块化多电平换流器)包含了大量的开关元件,给电磁暂态仿真带来了很大的计算负担。针对该问题,提出了一种基于桥臂等效电容的全桥子模块型MMC快速仿真方法。提出了正常工作、闭锁和全状态的桥臂等效电路建模方法,开发了一种精确仿真全桥MMC电磁暂态响应的仿真模型。在PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建了两端MMC直流电网测试系统验证其可行性,同时将模型和戴维南等效模型进行对比,结果验证了所提全桥子模块型MMC快速仿真方法的精确性和快速性。MMC(modular multilevel converter) contains a large number of switching elements,which brings a huge computational burden to the electromagnetic transient simulation.For this problem,this paper proposes a rapid simulation method for full-bridge sub-module MMC based on bridge arm equivalent capacitance.A modeling method for arm equivalent circuit under normal working state,blocking state and full state was developed,and a simulation model was developed which can accurately simulate electromagnetic transient response of the full bridge MMC.On PSCAD/EMTDC platform,a two-terminal MMC-based DC grid test system was constructed to validate its feasibility.Additionally,the model was compared with the Thevenin equivalent model.The results confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed simulation.
