摘 要:拥抱开放科学,加快知识服务能力建设,是中国科技出版企业在新时期面临的重大挑战,也是追赶世界先进同行的机遇。对标世界一流科技知识服务企业开展产品线规划;引入IPD产品管理思想,加快产品规划、建设和运营的流程与能力体系建设;加强对AIGC等新技术的跟踪与应用研究,技术赋能知识服务产品建设,是新时期中国科技知识服务加快发展的基本路径。处理好传统与创新、技术与内容、用户与客户、竞争与协同、独立自主与国际合作五大关系有助于更好地理解和实践科技知识服务发展战略。Embracing open science and accelerating the construction of knowledge service capabilities is a major challenge faced by Chinese science and technology publishing enterprises in the new era,as well as an opportunity to catch up with world advanced peers.Conduct product line planning against world-class technology knowledge service enterprises;Introduce the IPD product management concept,accelerate the process and capability system construction of product planning,construction,and operation;Strengthening the tracking and application research of new technologies such as AlGC,empowering the construction of knowledge service products through technology,is the basic path for accelerating the development of scientific and technological knowledge services in China in the new era.Dealing with the five relationships between tradition and innovation,technology and content,users and customers,competition and collaboration,independence and international cooperation can help better understand and practice the development strategy of scientific and technological knowledge services.
