行为习惯逆转疗法护理在2型糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察行为习惯逆转疗法护理在2型糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月至2022年9月该院收治的102例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用行为习惯逆转疗法护理,比较两组护理前后饮食行为管理评分、血糖指标水平、血压水平、服药依从性。结果:护理后,两组知识、态度、行为等饮食行为管理评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服药依从优良率为96.08%(49/51),高于对照组的82.35%(42/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用行为习惯逆转疗法护理可提高2型糖尿病合并高血压患者饮食行为管理评分和服药依从优良率,降低血糖指标和血压水平,其效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of behavior habit reversal therapy nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension admitted to this hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the behavioral habit reversal therapy nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The dietary behavior management score,the blood glucose index levels,the blood pressure levels,and the medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of dietary behavior management such as knowledge,attitude and behavior in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the observation group was 96.08%(49/51),which was higher than 82.35%(42/51)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the behavior habit reversal therapy nursing can improve the diet behavior management scores and the excellent and good rate of med
