基于方–病–人思维模式治疗心血管神经官能症体会

摘　　要：中医治疗心血管神经官能症具有一定的优势,本研究介绍基于黄煌教授的方–病–人诊疗思维模式,结合人体不同体质特征,选用了桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、炙甘草汤、黄连温胆汤、八味除烦汤、大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸等经方治疗心血管神经官能症,并对几首处方的方证使用要点解析,同时附佐证医案。Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of cardiovasculaRneuropathy,this study introduced the treatment of cardiac neuropathy based on Professor Huang's Fang-Sick-Human diagnosis and treatment thinking mode,combined with the different physical characteristics of the human body,the selection of Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction,Zhigancao Decoction,Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Bawei Chufan Decoction,Dachaihu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pill and other prescriptions to treat cardiovasculaRneuropathy.And the key points of the use of several prescriptions were analyzed,and supporting medical cases were attached.
