峰丛地貌下局部充填开采顶板运移与采场稳定性研究

摘  要:针对贵州某矿11071工作面开采易造成地表塌陷、山体滑坡等问题,提出条带式结构充填开采技术,通过室内试验、数值模拟、工程监测等手段对其开采技术体系进行研究。研究结果表明:充填条带宽度与充填间隔宽度为等值时,充填条带可稳定承载,其值不超过10 m;从充填率为0至充填率为100%,直接顶最大下沉量由340 mm降至3 mm,充填效果显著;局部充填开采时,采场中部直接顶应力曲线呈渐变“循环”,采场两侧煤壁应力峰值随充填间距同步降低,充填体顶部垂直应力由“马鞍”形状逐渐转为“倒U”形状且未出现零支承应力;工程实测得,测线位置越高其位移量越小,同时山体区域下方位移量偏大,但上覆岩层整体位移变化并不显著,最大位移量仅为10.9 mm,与数值模拟相对应。Aiming at the problems such as surface collapse and landslide caused by 11071 working face mining in a mine in Guizhou province,strip structure backfill mining technology was proposed,and its mining technology system was studied by laboratory test,numerical simulation,engineering monitoring and other means.The results show that:when the width of the filling strip and the width of the filling interval are equal,the filling strip can carry stable load,and its value is less than 10 m;the maximum subsidence ofthe immediate roof decreases from 340 mm to 3 mm when the filling rate is 0 to 100%,and the filling effect isremarkable;during local filling mining,the direct roof stress curve in the middle of the stope presents a gradual"cycle".The peak stress of coal wall on both sides of the stope decreases synchronously with the filling spacing,and the vertical stress on the top of the filling body gradually changes from"saddle"shape to"inverted U"shape and no zero supporting stress occurs,among which the overall vertical stress under the mountain is higher.As measured by the project,the higher the position of the measured line,the smaller the displacement,and the larger the displacement below the mountain area,but the overall displacement of the overlying strata did not change significantly,and the maximumdisplacement was only 10.9 mm,which was corresponding to the numerical simulation.
