摘 要:为解决预掘双回撤通道贯通时回撤通道围岩稳定性问题,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,研究分析了回撤通道贯通时围岩破坏机理、通道间合理煤柱尺寸、工作面贯通不同位置时围岩塑性区分布与应力分布规律。结果表明:主、辅回撤通道间煤柱理论宽度为20 m,此时煤柱内部应力分布呈现双峰状,辅助回撤通道围岩应力较小;20 m煤柱条件下,工作面进入末采期,主回撤通道围岩逐渐破坏,辅助回撤通道围岩塑性区范围较小,因此确定主、辅回撤通道间煤柱宽度为20 m。工作面末采期主回撤通道采用垛式支架加强支护,现场实测主回撤通道帮部最大变形量180 mm,巷道完整性较好。In order to solve the problem of the stability of the surrounding rock of the when the predriven double rooms is connected,the failure mechanism of the surrounding rock,the reasonable size of the coal pillar between the rooms,the distribution of the plastic zone and the stress distribution of the surrounding rock when the working face is connected at different positions are analyzed through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field observation.The results show that the theoretical width of the coal pillar between the main and auxiliary withdrawal rooms is 20 m.At present,the internal stress distribution of the coal pillar presents a bimodal shape,and the surrounding rock stress of the auxiliary withdrawal rooms is small.Under the condition of 20 m coal pillar,the working face enters the final mining period,the surrounding rock of the main withdrawal passage is gradually destroyed,and the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the auxiliary withdrawal rooms is small,so the width of the coal pillar between the main and auxiliary withdrawal rooms is determined to be 20 m.In the final mining period of the working face,the main withdrawal rooms is supported with cribbing support.The maximum deformation of the side of the main withdrawal rooms is 180 mm measured on site,and the roadway integrity is good.
