摘 要:为了解决在高速公路下方的煤矿开采塌陷问题,在分析当前国内充填技术现状基础之上,针对“三软”煤层大采高工作面采空区顶板垮落快、长距离支护难和采高大的3个典型特征,以平煤十一矿己16-17-24082工作面充填开采为研究对象,工程实践了短步距架后膏体包充填技术,并对充填效果进行数字模拟、计算和地表沉降检测。结果显示:(1)采用该技术后能有效避免漏浆、顶板垮落导致的充填率低的问题,工作面采高5.5 m情况下充填率达到93%以上。(2)模拟地表垂直方向最大位移量为3.45 m,水平方向最大位移为1.41 mm;数值计算地表倾斜最大值为2.6 mm/m,水平变形最大值为1.6 mm/m,实测地表最大沉降量为4.45 mm。各项指标均低于建筑物损坏1级指标,地表沉降量得到较好的控制,保证了高速公路通车安全。In order to solve the problem of coal mining collapse under the expressway,based on the analysis of the current domestic backfilling mining technology,taking the backfilling mining of VI16-17-24082 working face as the research object,the short-step and paste pack backfilling operations were carried out behind the support,and the filling effect was digitally simulated,calculated and tested for surface settlement.The results show that:(1)The low filling rate caused by slurry leakage and roof caving can be effectively avoided by using this technology,and the filling rate can reach more than 93%when the mining height of the working face is 5.5 m.(2)The maximum displacement of the simulated surface in the vertical direction is 3.45 m,and the maximum displacement in the horizontal direction is 1.41 mm;The maximum value of numerical calculation of surface tilt is 2.6 mm/m,the maximum value of horizontal deformation is 1.6 mm/m,and the maximum measured surface settlement is 4.45 mm.All the indexes are lower than the level 1 index of building damage,and the land surface settlement is well controlled,ensuring the safety of highway traffic.
