摘 要:介绍了煤矿破碎围岩超近距离煤层上行开采巷道掘进与支护技术,研究了特殊开采条件下无法使用机械化和智能化采矿设备的情况时的特殊掘进方法,分析了掘进及顶板控制影响因素,采用非机械化的手段进行施工,使用风镐刷掘辅助爆破掘进、金属棚+密集金属钎棍超前钎顶+金属网护顶的联合支护方式进行支护破碎顶板,创新特殊条件下巷道掘进与支护技术,成功解决了极其破碎顶板条件下的掘进问题,实现了安全高效掘进,提高了煤炭资源回收率。Introduces the excavation and support technology for upward mining tunnels in coal mines with fractured surrounding rocks and ultra close distance coal seams.It studies the special excavation methods under special mining conditions where mechanized and intelligent mining equipment cannot be used.It analyzes the influencing factors of excavation and roof control,adopts non mechanized methods for construction,and uses air picks to assist in blasting excavation,the combined support mode of metal shed and dense metal drill rod leading to drill top and metal mesh roof protection is used to support the broken roof,and the roadway excavation and support technology under special conditions are innovated,which successfully solves the excavation problem under extremely broken roof conditions,realizes safe and efficient excavation,and improves the recovery rate of coal resources.
