摘 要:为了安全高效治理矿井老空水害,在井下不具备疏放老空水的条件下,采用了地面大口径钻孔和接力抽排水的方案对老空水害进行治理。选取位于老空积水区最低点的水仓作为地面钻孔的终孔位置,施工三级变径的大口径钻孔。下设的一级套管对钻孔在松散层中进行了固井,二级套管对老空区及采动破坏范围上覆含水层进行了隔离,采用无线随钻测斜和定向钻进技术,保障了大口径钻孔的准确透巷。钻孔中下设潜水泵将老空水抽至地面,然后采用管道增压泵将老空水接力排至矿井水处理厂,实现了老空水抽排过程中不落地。通过对抽排水量和老空水位的观测,验证了基于地面大口径钻孔和接力抽排老空水的效果。结果表明:采用地面大口径钻孔和井下潜水泵联合地面增压泵接力抽排关闭矿井老空水效果较好,具有安全性和可靠性高、排水和水处理费用低等特点。In order to control the goaf water hazard safely and efficiently,under the condition that the goaf water can not be drainageed underground,the schemes of large diameter borehole and relay drainage are adopted to control the goaf water hazard.The lowest position of goaf water area was selected as the final position of ground borehole,and the rhree-level variable diameter boreholes were drilled.The first-stage casing cemented the borehole in the loose layer,and the second-stage casing isolated aquifer of water-conducted failure zone above the goaf.Wireless inclination-while-drilling and directional drilling technology were adopted to ensure the accurate tunnel penetration of the large-diameter borehole.A submerged pump was set in the borehole to pump the goaf water to the ground,and then the booster pump in pipeline was used to relay the goaf water to the mine water treatment plant,so that the goaf water does not fall to the ground in the process of pumping and discharging.Through the observation of the drainage displacement and goaf water level,it is verified that the effect of the goaf water pumping and discharging is good based on the ground large diameter borehole and relay drainage.The results show that it is better to pump and discharge goaf water by using ground large diameter borehole and underground submerged pump combined with ground booster pump in pipeline,which has the characteristics of high safety and reliability and low drainage and treatment cost.
