摘  要:利用程序升温试验装置,以宽沟煤矿I010206综放工作面B2煤层为研究对象,在单轴加压7.5 MPa条件下开展不同粒径煤样的程序升温实验,分析B_(2)煤在不同粒径条件下在升温氧化过程中CO,CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6),C_(2)H_(4)等气体的产生规律,并计算了不同粒径煤样的耗氧速率、气体产生速率。研究结果表明:超过临界温度后,随煤温升高,产生的标志气体浓度由缓慢增长变为急剧增长,且随煤样粒径减小,其增长速率逐渐增大,耗氧速率和气体产生速率也逐渐增大,自燃氧化临界温度70℃,干裂温度为110℃。Use the procedure to hear the test device to use the wide groove coal mine 1010206 comprehensive work face B2 coal seam as the research object,carry out the heating experiments of different particle-size coal samples under the condition of 7.5 MPa conditions,analyze B_(2) coal under different particle size conditions under different particle size conditions conditions In the process of warming oxidation,the laws of gas such as CO,CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6),C_(2)H_(4) are calculated,and the oxygen consumption rate and gas generation rate of different particle-size coal samples is calculated.The research results show that after exceeding the critical temperature,ascending the temperature of the coal,the marked gas concentration generated from slow growth to a sharp increase,and the particle size of the coal-like sample decreases,its growth rate gradually increases,the oxygen consumption rate and gas generates the production of gases.The rate has also gradually increased,the critical temperature of the self-burning oxidation is 70℃,and the fissure temperature is 110℃.
