摘  要:针对目前煤矿开采环境恶劣,临时支护需要手工安装的现状,设计了一种基于西门子PLC的临时支护控制系统。在硬件层面使用ET200SP将数据采集卡、继电器、变频器和按钮开关等控制元件串联起来;在软件层面设计了棚架的自动安装程序,实现了安装自动化。通过实验测试,验证了控制逻辑的正确性和自动支护的可行性。该控制系统性能稳定,可开发性好,同时可以实现自动支护的远程控制,对实现煤矿掘进的智能化和无人化有很好的借鉴意义。In view of the present situation of harsh environment of coal mining,temporary support needs manual.A temporary support control system based on Siemens PLC is designed.At the hardware level,Siemens ET 200SP is used to connect control components such as data acquisition card,relay,frequency converter and push-button switch in series.At the software level,the basic logic control of the support system is realized,and the automatic installation program of the scaffolding is designed to realize the automatic installation of the temporary scaffolding.The correctness of the basic control logic and the feasibility of automatic support are verified by the experimental test of the control system.Compared with the previous scaffolding support control mode,this set of PLC control system has stable performance,good development,and can realize the remote control of automatic support,which has a good reference significance for realizing the intelligent and unmanned coal mining.
