摘 要:焦炉大型化发展背景下,炭化室内不同部位炼焦煤层受到的荷重及成焦过程中产生的膨胀压力发生变化。为模拟不同炉型焦炉炭化室内炼焦煤膨胀压力的变化情况,通过在煤床上方施加不同压力,探究了施加压力对炼焦煤成焦过程产生的膨胀压力的影响,利用Raman光谱分析了半焦的微晶结构变化规律。结果表明:煤床上方施加压力改变了胶质体内气压,对膨胀压力增大起到不同程度的促进作用,煤最大膨胀压力随施加压力的增大而增大,当施加压力超过最大膨胀压力的1/50时,最大膨胀压力呈现逐渐减小的趋势。半焦Raman谱图中ID/IG与AD/AG随施加压力的增大而减小,表明施加压力的存在促进了热解过程缩聚反应和芳环生长,半焦微晶结构朝着有序方向演化。Under the background of large-scale development of coke ovens,the load on different parts of coking coal seams in the carbonization room and the swelling pressure produced in the process of coking change.In order to simulate the variation of the swelling pressure of coking coal in the carbonization room of different coke ovens,the influence of the pressure on the swelling pressure of coking coal during the coking process is explored by applying different pressures above the coal bed.The microcrystalline structure variation of semi-coke is analyzed by means of Raman spectroscopy.The results show that the pressure applied above the coal bed changes the gas pressure in the metaplast and plays a different role in promoting the swelling pressure.The maximum swelling pressure of coal increase with the increase of the applied pressure.When the applied pressure exceeds 1/50 of the maximum swelling pressure,the maximum swelling pressure show a decreasing trend.The Raman spectra of semi-coke show that ID/IG and AD/AG decrease with the increase of applied pressure,which indicates that the existence of applied pressure promotes the polycondensation and aromatic ring growth during the pyrolysis process,and the semi-coke microcrystalline structure evolves in an orderly direction.
