摘 要:针对在井下分选具有较大潜力的X射线智能干选机进行了煤矸识别及分选稳定性研究。通过浮沉实验研究了不同密度级样品对X射线的响应规律,分析了不同粒度大小及粒度组成的煤矸X射线识别特性,探究了铺满率对分选精度及处理能力的影响,明确了煤质变化对X射线智能干选机分选效果的影响规律。研究成果可指导X射线智能干选机在工业的应用。The coal and gangue identification and separation stability of X-ray intelligent dry separator were studied.The response of samples with different density levels to X-ray was studied by floating and sinking tests.The X-ray identification characteristics of coal and gangue with different size fraction and size fraction composition were analyzed.The impact of coverage rate on separation accuracy and processing capacity was explored,and the impact of coal quality changes on the separation effect of Xray intelligent dry separation machineswas clarified.The research results can guide the application of X-ray intelligent dry separation machines in industry.
