吕家军拳特征、价值及其传承研究

摘　　要：吕家军拳作为一种发源于军队的拳种,具有独特的历史和文化研究价值。文章运用文献资料法和田野调查法等研究方法,对吕家军拳的起源、特征、价值以及传承困境进行研究。主要结论:吕家军拳源于南宋,其特征符合南方拳种特点,拳法体系完整,传承脉络清晰,颇有传承价值,但现今传承形势严峻,面临“失传”风险。吕家军拳的保护与传承对策:以人为本,保护传承人是基础;凝练价值,进入校园教学是重点;活态传承,实现自我保护是关键;加强理论研究,构建理论体系是应有之举。As a kind of boxing originated from the army,Lv's Milliatry Boxing has unique historical and cultural research value.Using the methods of literature and field investigation,the origin,characteristics,value and inheritance of Lv's Milliatry boxing are studied.Main conclusions:Lv Jiajun boxing originated from the Southern Song Dynasty,its characteristics are in line with the characteristics of southern boxing,the boxing system is complete,the inheritance vein is clear,and it is of great inheritance value.Nowadays,the inheritance situation is severe,facing the risk of"lost".Protection and inheritance countermeasures of Lv Jiajun boxing:people-oriented,protecting inheritors is the foundation;Condensing value,entering the campus teaching is the key;Living state inheritance and self-protection are the key;It is necessary to strengthen theoretical research and build theoretical system.
