摘　　要：我国宝贵的非物质文化遗产五禽戏对帕金森病具有积极的干预效果,文章为帕金森病患者提供了减轻病痛的切实方法,同时让读者更充分地了解我国古代祖辈流传下来的非物质瑰宝五禽戏具有巨大的健身应用价值,对我国文化瑰宝五禽戏进行了宣传和弘扬,促进了我国体育健康事业的健全发展。The precious intangible cultural heritage of our country,the Five Animal Plays,has a positive intervention effect on Parkinson's disease.This article provides practical methods for Parkinson's disease patients to alleviate their pain,while allowing readers to fully understand the enormous fitness application value of the intangible treasure of the Five Animal Plays passed down from our ancient ancestors.It promotes and promotes the cultural treasure of the Five Animal Plays,and promotes the sound development of China's sports and health industry.
