摘 要:为探究饲粮能量水平对藏羊羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及肉质特性的影响,选取初始体重([19.35±2.18)kg]相近且发育良好的2月龄高原型藏羊公羔60只,随机分为3组,每组20只,分别饲喂能量水平为9.49 MJ/kg(L组)、10.51 MJ/kg(M组)和11.52 MJ/kg(H组)的饲粮,预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:H组的终末体重和平均日增重显著高于L组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于L组(P<0.05)。H组血清总蛋白、葡萄糖含量显著高于L组(P<0.05),L组血清三酰甘油含量显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。H组肌肉中总抗氧化能力含量显著高于L组和M组(P<0.05),肌肉中丙二醛含量显著低于L组(P<0.05)。各组间肌肉pH45 min、亮度值(L*值)、红度值(a*值)、黄度值(b*值)、剪切力及失水率均差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,高能量水平饲粮对高原型藏羊生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质具有一定的改善作用,推荐使用能量水平为11.52 MJ/kg的饲粮。To investigate the effects of dietary en⁃ergy levels on the production performance,serum biochemical indicators,and meat quality charac⁃teristics of Tibetan lambs,sixty 2-month-old well-developed Tibetan lambs with similar initial body weight[(19.35±2.18)kg]were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 20 lambs in each group.Diets with energy levels of 9.49 MJ/kg(L group),10.51 MJ/kg(M group),and 11.52 MJ/kg(H group)were fed,with a pre trial period of 10 days and a trial period of 60 days.The results showed that the final body weight and average daily gain of group H were significantly higher than those of group L(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was signifi⁃cantly lower than that of group L(P<0.05).The serum total protein and glucose levels in group H were significantly higher than those in group L(P<0.05),while the serum triglyceride levels in group L were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity content in the muscles of group H was significantly higher than that of group L and group M(P<0.05),and the con⁃tent of malondialdehyde in the muscles was significantly lower than that of group L(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in muscle pH45 min,brightness value(L*value),redness value(a*value),yellow⁃ness value(b*value),shear force,and water loss rate among the groups(P>0.05).In summary,high en⁃ergy level diets have a certain improvement effect on the production performance,serum biochemical in⁃dicators,and meat quality of plateau Tibetan sheep.It is recommended to use diets with an energy level of 11.52 MJ/kg.
