摘　　要：谷氨酰胺(glutamine,Gln)又称α-氨基戊酰胺酸、谷氨酸-5-酰胺,是一种非必需氨基酸,在机体中发挥重要作用,被认为是一种功能性氨基酸,通常以丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺(alanyl-glutamine,Ala-Gln)形式作为饲料的添加剂。Gln与Ala-Gln不仅能促进畜禽和水产动物生长,提高机体抗氧化、免疫能力,维持肠道健康,对缓解机体免疫应激也发挥着重要作用。文章通过探讨在饲料中添加Gln与Ala-Gln对动物的影响,阐述其缓解免疫应激的作用机理,为Gln、Ala-Gln作为饲料添加剂应用提供理论依据,同时为进一步研究缓解免疫应激的作用机制提供参考。Alutamine(Gln),also known asα-aminovaleramic acid and glutamine-5-amide,is a nonessential amino acid that plays an important role in the body.So it is considered a functional amino acid,which is usually used as alanyl-glutamine(Ala-Gln)form as an additive in feed.Gln and Ala-Gln can not only promote the growth of livestock,poultry and aquatic animals,improve the antioxidant and im⁃mune ability of the body,maintain intestinal health,but also play an important role in alleviating im⁃mune stress.In this paper,the effects of Gln and Ala-Gln added to feed on animals were discussed,and the mechanism of their action in alleviating immune stress was expounded,which provided a theoretical basis for the application of Gln and Ala-Gln as feed additives,and also provided a reference for further research on the mechanism of alleviating immune stress.
