摘　　要：试验旨在探讨能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)光谱快速检测猪预混合饲料中镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)和砷(As)元素的新方法。样品加入淀粉和水,经94℃水浴糊化后,用EDXRF光谱扫描,通过光谱识别进行定性,标准加入法进行定量。结果表明:各元素的EDXRF谱峰无干扰,在考察的浓度范围内,方法线性良好(R2>0.998);Cd、Pb和As的检出限分别为1.06、1.68、1.97 mg/kg;总体回收率为93.72%~105.10%;总体相对标准偏差为2.30%~9.40%。说明该方法简便快速,准确可靠,能够满足猪预混合饲料Cd、Pb和As快速检测的需要。A new method for the rapid detection of cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb)and arsenic(As)ele-ments in pig premixed feeds by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence(EDXRF)spectroscopy was in-vestigated.Samples were added to starch and wa-ter,pasted in a water bath at 94℃and scanned by EDXRF spectroscopy,with copper spectral identification for characterisation and standard addition method for quantification.The results showed that the EDXRF spectral peaks of each element were interference-free and the method was well linear(R2>0.998)in the concentration range examined;the limits of detection were 1.06 mg/kg,1.68 mg/kg and 1.97 mg/kg for Cd,Pb and As,respectively.The overall recoveries were 93.72%-105.10%and the over-all relative standard deviations were 2.30%-9.40%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and can meet the needs of rapid determination of Cd,Pb and As in pig premixed feeds.
