摘　　要：目的 探讨长沙地区保密性弃血(confidential unit exclusion, CUE)的现状,为改进献血招募策略提供依据。方法 选取2015—2021年长沙血液中心献血后回告要求进行CUE的献血者。分析CUE献血者人群特征、申请CUE距完成采血时间及CUE原因。结果 2015—2021年长沙血液中心献血者969 439人次,CUE者31人次,CUE率为0.003 2%。31人次CUE者以男性、18~25岁、初次献血者为主。申请CUE距其完成采血时间中位数为84.28 h。CUE主要原因为高危性行为(25.81%)、献血前用药(22.58%)、有输血传播性疾病(12.90%)。结论 长沙地区CUE率较低,应加强对男性、18~25岁及初次献血者人群的征询及血液安全知识宣教,同时强化CUE的宣传,确保所有献血者能正确选择CUE。Objective To explore the current situation of confidential unit exclusion(CUE)in Changsha,and provide basis for improving the recruitment strategy of blood donation.Methods The blood donors who asked for CUE report back after blood donation in Changsha Blood Center from 2015 to 2021 were selected.The characteristics of CUE blood donors,the time interval between CUE and blood collection and the reasons for CUE were analyzed.Results There were 969439 blood donors in Changsha Blood Center from 2015 to 2021,and 31 people were CUE blood donors,with a cue rate of 0.0032%,of which the majority were male,18~25 years old and first-time blood donors.The median the time interval between CUE and blood collection was 84.28 h.The main causes of CUE were high-risk sexual behavior(25.81%),drug use before blood donation(22.58%)and transfusion-transmitted diseases(12.90%).Conclusions The CUE rate in Changsha is low,so it is necessary to strengthen the consultation of male,18~25 years old and first-time blood donors and the education of blood safety knowledge,and strengthen the publicity of CUE to ensure that all blood donors can choose CUE correctly.
