中药膏方固体化棒棒糖联合穴位敷贴在小儿过敏性咳嗽中的应用

摘　　要：目的 研究中药膏方固体化棒棒糖联合穴位敷贴在小儿过敏性咳嗽中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2023年3月于盐城市中医院儿科就诊的76例过敏性咳嗽患儿,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各38例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药膏方固体化棒棒糖联合穴位敷贴治疗。比较2组治疗4周后临床疗效,对比治疗前、治疗4周后临床症状积分、血常规指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)]并统计治疗期间不良反应及随访半年期间小儿过敏性咳嗽复发次数。结果 治疗4周后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组临床症状积分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组WBC、CRP低于对照组(P <0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。随访半年期间,观察组过敏性咳嗽复发次数少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 中药膏方固体化棒棒糖联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽,可提高临床疗效,降低临床症状积分,减轻炎症反应,且能减少过敏性咳嗽复发次数,安全性高。Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal ointment solid lollipop combined with acupoint application in the treatment of allergic cough in children.Methods A total of 76 children with allergic cough who were treated in the pediatrics department of Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=38)and a control group(n=38)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with solid lollipop combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment,their clinical symptom scores,blood routine indicators C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)before and affer 4 weeks of treatment were compared,and their adverse reactions during the treatment period and the number of children with allergic cough recurrence during the six-month follow-up period were calculated.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the clinical symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of WBC and CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),yet there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),and the frequency of allergic cough recurrence in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group during the six-month follow-up period(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric allergic cough,traditional Chinese medicine ointment solid lollipop combined with acupoint application can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce clinical symptom scores,alleviate inflammatory reactions,which has a higher safety,and can reduce the recurrence times of allergic cough.
