摘  要:本文探究了以丝氨酸甲酯盐酸盐为原料,合成四氢异喹啉衍生物的反应。先经过胺醛缩合、亲核取代、Appel溴化等系列反应制得中间产物,再通过脱苄基化反应制得目标产物1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉-4-羧酸甲酯盐酸盐。该反应的原料价廉易得,性质安全,合成路线操作简便,反应条件温和。此反应为四氢异喹啉衍生物的合成提供了一条新路线。In this paper,the synthesis of tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives from serine methyl ester hydrochloride was investigated.In this synthetic route,the intermediate product was prepared by a series of operations such as amine aldehyde condensation,nucleophilic substitution and Appel bromination.Then the target product 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester hydrochloride was prepared by debenzylation reaction.The reaction raw materials were cheap and easy to obtain,and the properties were safe.The synthesis route was simple and the reaction conditions were mild.This reaction provided a new synthetic route for tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives.
