摘　　要：劳动教育是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的基本路径,对弘扬劳动精神、促进大学生树立正确劳动价值观和实现全面发展具有不可替代的作用。研究发现:高校环境对大学生劳动认知和劳动意愿均有积极影响;高校环境、校外环境和劳动教育政策通过劳动认知和劳动意愿对劳动行为响应产生积极影响;劳动认知和劳动意愿均对劳动行为响应产生积极影响。因此,高校应发挥主导作用,家庭和社会要加强引导、优化外部环境,以提升大学生劳动教育水平。Labor education is the basic path for cultivating socialist builders and successors,and it plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the spirit of labor and promoting the establishment of correct labor values and allround development of college students.The results show that the university environment has a positive impact on college students labor cognition and labor intention.The university environment,off-campus environment and labor education policies have a positive impact on labor behavior response through labor cognition and labor willingness.Labor cognition and labor willingness have a positive impact on labor behavior response.Therefore,this paper puts forward policy suggestions such as colleges and universities should play a leading role,strengthen the guidance of families and society,and optimize the external environment,so as to improve the level of labor education of college students.
