摘　　要：目的探讨运用信息化麻醉质控指标上报体系优化围术期麻醉质控管理工作,提高麻醉科医疗安全与质控管理水平。方法针对麻醉质控专员进行信息化麻醉质控指标上报系统的培训,分发调查问卷并进行分析,对质控指标实行动态管理,探讨信息化麻醉质控指标上报系统在麻醉质控管理领域的应用。结果北京市辖区内159名麻醉质控专员接受信息化麻醉质控指标上报系统的培训,共发放问卷159份,回收有效问卷157份,质控专员对系统培训相关内容满意度较高。临床麻醉质量核心控制指标由最初的17项增加至40项,使用信息化麻醉质控指标上报系统可显著提高质控数据的真实性,数据上报率显著升高。结论通过信息化质控指标上报体系的运用,有助于快速达到麻醉质控标准化管理、提高临床麻醉安全、强化医疗服务的目的,确保患者围术期安全。Objective To explore the application of informationized anesthesia quality control index reporting system to optimize perioperative anesthesia quality control management and improve medical safety and quality control management level of the anesthesiology department.Methods Training of the informationized anesthesia quality control index reporting system for anesthesia quality control specialists were conducted.The questionnaires were distributed and analyzed,the quality control indexes were dynamically processed,and the application of the informationized anesthesia quality control index reporting system in the field of anesthesia quality control management was discussed.Results A total of 159 anesthesia quality control specialists in Beijing received the training of informationized anesthesia quality control index reporting system.Altogether 159 questionnaires were distributed and 157 valid questionnaires were recovered.The quality control specialists were highly satisfied with the relevant contents of the system training.The core quality control indicators of anesthesia have increased from the initial 17 items to 41 items.The authenticity of quality control data can be significantly improved and the data reporting rate can be significantly increased by using the informationized anesthesia quality control index reporting system.Conclusion The application of informationized quality control index reporting system is helpful to improve the safety of clinical anesthesia,achieve the objectives of standardization of anesthesia quality control management and homogenization of medical services,and ensure the perioperative safety of patients.
