摘  要:球腔菌科(Mycosphaerellaceae)和畸腔菌科(Teratosphaeriaceae)真菌物种占从桉树感病叶片上分离到的至少382个真菌物种的44%以上。文章介绍了全球桉树感病叶片上球腔菌科和畸腔菌科真菌物种多样性特征;阐明了分子数据对球腔菌科和畸腔菌科真菌分类的重要性;总结了分离于中国桉树感病叶片上基于分子数据鉴定的球腔菌科和畸腔菌科真菌各个物种的形态特征和分子鉴定等情况;概述了球腔菌科和畸腔菌科真菌物种的鉴定方法和在桉树上的致病力测试方法。Mycosphaerellaceae and Teratosphaeriaceae fungal species account for more than 44%of at least 382 reported fungal species isolated from diseased leaves of eucalypts.In this paper,the species diversity of Mycosphaerellaceae and Teratosphaeriaceae on diseased leaves of eucalypts worldwide are introduced.The importance of molecular data in the classification of Mycosphaerellaceae and Teratosphaeriaceae fungi is clarified.Morphological characteristics and molecular identification of Mycosphaerellaceae and Teratosphaeriaceae species isolated from diseased leaves of eucalypts in China are summarized.Furthermore,the species identification methods and pathogenicity testing procedures of Mycosphaerellaceae and Teratosphaeriaceae species on eucalypts are outlined.
