摘　　要：马红球菌和圣乔治诺卡菌均为罕见机会致病菌,二者合并感染还未有文献报道,本文对1例肾病综合征患者肺部感染马红球菌和圣乔治诺卡菌的病例进行报道,以期引起临床医生和微生物检验人员的重视。Rhodococcus equi and Nocardia cyriacigeorgica are both rare opportunistic pathogens,and their co-infection event has not been reported in the literature.This paper reports a case of pulmonary infection with both Rhodococcus equi and Nocardia cyriacigeorgica in a patient with nephrotic syndrome,in order to arouse the attention of clinicians and microbiologists to this topic.
