摘　　要：随着代谢组学的快速发展,瓜果类蔬菜在生长发育和环境适应等领域的研究不断加深。为更清晰地了解代谢组学在瓜果类蔬菜中的研究进展,本文从代谢组学的研究技术与研究内容、代谢组学的研究应用、代谢组学与其他组学关联分析3方面进行了归纳总结,并对代谢组学的发展与应用前景进行了展望,进而为代谢组学在瓜果类蔬菜研究中的开展与应用奠定基础,并期望为加快产业发展提供方向引领与指导借鉴。With the rapid development of metabolomics,the research of melon and fruit vegetables in the growth and development and environmental adaptation has been deepened.To more clearly understand the research progress of metabolomics in melon and fruit vegetables,this paper summarized the research techniques and contents of metabolomics,the research application of metabolomics,the correlation analysis between metabolomics and other omics,and prospected the development and application prospects of metabolomics.It lays a foundation for the development and application of metabolomics in the research of melon and fruit vegetables,and hopes to provide direction and guidance for accelerating the development of the industry.
