摘 要:褪黑素是一种普遍存在于动植物体内的保守性多效分子,参与调控植物多个生长发育过程和应激反应。近年来许多研究表明,褪黑素对提高作物耐受各种生物和非生物胁迫具有良好的作用。褪黑素作为一种高效抗氧化剂,通过调节逆境抗氧化系统相关酶和转录因子的转录水平来清除活性氧(ROS)等自由基,改善营养吸收、渗透调节物质的产生和细胞膜的稳定性,提高植物对逆境胁迫的耐受性。此外,它还通过参与合成、激活植物应激相关激素来减少逆境胁迫对植株的伤害。本文综述了褪黑素的合成与代谢,以及近10年褪黑素在主要茄果类蔬菜抗逆境胁迫中的最新研究进展,为其今后在蔬菜抗逆境胁迫中的应用提供参考。Melatonin is a conserved pleiotropic molecule commonly existed in plants and animals and involved in plant regulation of several growth and development processes and stress responses.Many studies in recent years have shown that melatonin has a favorable effect on improving crop tolerance to various biotic and abiotic stresses.As a high effective antioxidant,melatonin can scavenge free radicals such as reactive oxygen species(ROS),improve nutrient uptake,osmoregulatory substance production,and cell membrane stability by regulating the transcript levels of enzymes and transcription factors associated with the adversity-antioxidant system,and improve plant tolerance to adversity stress.In addition,it can also reduce the damage of adversity stress to plants by participating in the synthesis of various hormones and activating plant stressrelated hormones.This paper reviewed the synthesis and metabolism of melatonin,and latest research progress in major solanaceous vegetables resistance to adversity stress during resent 10 years,so as to provide references for its future application in vegetables against adversity stress.
