摘　　要：红色文化是推动社会治理体系与治理能力现代化的重要抓手。审视红色文化与社会治理的内在关联,是深入挖掘红色文化治理功能的基本前提,对于推动新时代红色文化繁荣发展、实现社会治理现代化具有重要意义。厘清红色文化与社会治理的基本关系须从价值立场、目标旨归与历史变革等多重维度进行系统研究。从价值立场来看,红色文化与社会治理始终坚持“以人民为中心”,奠定了二者有机交互的根本前提;从目标旨归来看,红色文化与社会治理始终坚持“人的自由发展”,构成了二者协同联动的现实可能;从历史变革来看,红色文化与社会治理辩证互动,赋予了二者互促互进的生动注脚。Red culture is an important lever for promoting the modernization of social governance system and governance ca⁃pacity.Examining the intrinsic relationship between red culture and social governance is the basic premise for deeply exploring the governance function of red culture,and is of great significance for promoting the prosperity and development of red culture in the new era and realizing the modernization of social governance.To clarify the basic relationship between red culture and so⁃cial governance,it is necessary to conduct systematic research from multiple dimensions,such as value stance,goal attribution and historical change.From the perspective of value stance,red culture and social governance have always adhered to the“people-centered concept”,laying the fundamental premise of organic interaction between the two.From the perspective of the goal attribution,red culture and social governance have always adhered to the“free development of people”thought,which con⁃stitutes a realistic possibility of synergy between the two.From the perspective of historical changes,the dialectical interaction between red culture and social governance has given a vivid footnote to the mutual promotion of the two.
