摘　　要：为研究飞机客舱饰面型无机复合膨胀型阻燃体系,首先提出并制备了三种不同配比的防火涂料,接着对涂料的干燥时间、涂层厚度及涂层黏度进行了测试分析,然后对其进行了模拟大板实验,得出并分析了三种试样的升温速率曲线,分析了燃烧后的炭层,最后通过热重分析(TG)、差热分析(DTA)两种热分析手段对三种试样进行了热特性分析,得出试样2的防火阻燃效果最佳。结果表明:季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺三者协同作用,在火场中不仅可产生难燃气体,起到气相阻燃作用,同时可分解产生无机物,从而在可燃物表面形成一层致密的氧化物薄膜,使新型涂料具有良好的防火阻燃效果;当苯丙乳液、硅溶胶、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、氯化石蜡、二氧化钛的质量配比为380∶95∶336∶183∶56∶46∶69时,涂料的防火阻燃性能最佳。In order to study the inorganic composite expansion flame retardant system for aircraft cabin finishes,three kinds of fire retardant coatings with different proportions were first proposed and prepared,then the drying time,coating thickness and coating viscosity of the coatings were tested and analyzed,and then the simulated large plate experiment was conducted to obtain and analyze the heating rate curve and the carbon layer after combustion of the three samples.Finally,the thermal characteristics of the three samples were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and differential thermal analysis(DTA),and it was concluded that the fire retardant effect of sample 2 was the best.The results show that pentaerythritol,ammonium polyphosphate and melamine can not only produce refractory gas to act as vapour-phase flame retardant in the fire field,but also can be decomposed to produce inorganic substances,thus forming a dense oxide film on the surface of the combustible material,so that the new coating has a good fire retardant effect.When the mass ratio of styrene acrylate emulsion,silica sol,ammonium polyphosphate,melamine,pentaerythritol,chlorinated paraffin,titanium dioxide is 380:95:336:183:56:46:69,the fire retardant performance of the coating is the best.
